A few weeks ago, I showed up at the Sherbourne’s home to photograph them. It was a gorgeous, sunny afternoon, without a cloud in the sky. I had so much fun. I chased Zach and Isabella around for about an hour or so with my camera. I had a blast! It reminded me so much of when I was little. Scott threw them in the air and made silly faces with Isabella. Christin spun Isabella around and had light-saber battles with Zach using pea pods. I witnessed quite the dramatic death when Christin caught Zach and he collapsed to the ground, but thankfully came back to life within a few minutes.
It was a lovely way to spend the afternoon and I left the shoot smiling all the way home because I love being around families that love each other so much and who have such a good time together. The post-processing was quite fun too because the photos never failed to make me laugh or smile. I love my job! I get to run around for hours capturing love and laughter and people interacting and being themselves. I love capturing those moments in life that fly by all too fast and preserving them so that they can be looked back upon and fondly remembered.
So, thank you so much, Scott and Christin, for letting me come and photograph your family. You have such a wonderful family and Zach and Isabella are just too adorable. It was great fun and I hope you enjoy the photos!

Oh, these are great! I love the ones of the kids tossed up in the air. So fun! Beautiful family.
“Wow” does not do these shots justice. Nor does “awesome”, “incredible”, or “[fill in the blank]”. I will say… WELL DONE! You have definitely matured into an artist that can capture your subjects in ways that make the shots capture and captivate the viewer’s eye.
