A Twenty-Sixth Birthday by the Sea with a Cousin, Two Sisters, and a Grandma

The title says it all. My sister’s 26th birthday in Astoria filled with my cousin, my grandma, brunch, two rides on Kiwi’s Water Taxi, a venture on a freighter that just completed its maiden voyage, a pile of cookies for a cake, and pyres of trick candles all on a lovely coastal summer day.
